MicroSoft punch above the rest at E3

I believe after watching all the videos from Nintendo, Sony and Microsoft's presentations, It's clear that Microsoft stole the show with all the games and new tech it has unveiled on Monday.

Project Natal was by far the best bit of tech at the show by far.

After discussing the promotional video of Milo with Michael, I also have my doubts about the thing actually being fully complete or loophole free and able to recognize the person interacting with it, well about from Kate.

I think this technology will spell the end for our chrome DVD drives because the amount of data used; I would guess would be huge. I will go on record now and say that all games that you have to use with Natal technology apart from the wii sports type games that were on show, will be available on Digital Download Only and bigger hard drives are in the process of being developed.

I am still excited about the whole thing because the idea of speaking to your console and it actually recognizing your voice and responded is truly something out of Star Trek.

Michael doesn't like the idea of jumping around the living room and this was part of the reason we has stayed away from the Wii because he enjoys chilling out and enjoying a game while sitting down comfortably after a crappy day at work. I agree with him totally, so we both hope that developers focus more on the vocal input for games.

Natal has also seemed to almost completely overshadow the new motion controller from Game Trak that was on show that is due out in the next couple of months.
