Who are "Aliens Stole My Console"!?

Aliens Stole My Console is a company setup by brothers Rob and James Austin. In simple terms, Aliens Stole My Console allow you to custom colour your console and apply your own decals in a unique way that will put your console in a league of its own. There will literally be no other like it.

We had the opportunity to have a glimpse of a "Golden Joystick Awards 2010" branded Xbox 360 S which was coloured Gold (see the pics) It was a work of art. Very sleek with a professional finish. You'd not beable to tell that it wasn't in this state to begin with.

We also got a chance to see an X Factor branded Xbox 360 S which is apparently also housed in the X Factor house!

As James rightly said in a conversation with us at the after party of the Golden Joystick Awards 2010, you go to all these events, you see the games in all their beauty, yet the consoles don't get the attention they deserve. Something that a little artistic license and logos etc.can easily change.

It is definitely a unique proposition and one that certainly sets itself above the rest. I mean the nearest thing you can currently get to this is buying a few console stick ons, and honestly this is just on another planet!

The great thing about the customisation is that once it is coloured, a specially formulated UV protection coating is applied which also makes its scratch resistant

How we'd love to ourselves at some point in the future have our own "Two360Gamers" logo on the side of our 360s in a nice green shade.

That reminds me Rob, James you'll have to get some mock-ups done for us :p ;)
